TERMS & CONDITIONS OF RENTAL

Please read these T&Cs carefully.

The Rental Agreement:

The parties agree to the terms and conditions of this Short-Term Rental agreement as evidenced by the exchange of correspondence between the parties. The agreement is made by and between the property owners Simon and Irena Knowles and the rental party (Guest) as of the date set forth in the email exchange confirming the reservation.

By paying the booking deposit/amount in full, the Guest confirms that they have agreed to these terms and conditions

Terms and Conditions:

Prices quoted are for bookings of a one week period from Saturday to Saturday. The accommodation will be available from 16:00 on the Saturday of arrival until 10:00 am on the Saturday of departure.

Bookings will be confirmed on receipt of a 30% deposit of the rental fee and the balance due no later than 8 weeks before the start of the holiday date. Bookings made within 8 weeks of the holiday date must be paid in full.

All prices include electricity and water. Bath and pool towels are provided. There is no facility to charge electric/hybrid cars.

A refundable deposit of £150 will be payable at the time of the balance payment to cover breakages, damage or extra cleaning, in the absence of which it will be repaid within a week of departure.

Cancellation: If notice of cancellation is given not later than 8 weeks before the holiday date, then the balance will not be charged, but you will lose the deposit unless able to rebook alternative dates. Cancellation within 8 weeks of the holiday date will be liable for payment of the complete balance unless we receive an alternative booking from other parties.

Rental Party: The booking is ONLY for the people named at the time of booking. The maximum number of occupants at La Lombardie is six, additional guests will not be accepted. People other than the Rental party may not stay overnight.

We do not accept pets

The cottage is strictly Non Smoking.

The swimming pool is available from the end of May until the end of September. The pool is for the exclusive use of the Rental party only and at their personal risk. We ask that no glassware be used by the pool or sharp objects in the water which may damage the pool liner.

 We do not have the facility for charging electric vehicles.
